Oh, hello there!
My name is Natalija Stefanović.
I am a PACFA and ANZACATA registered art therapist and psychotherapist. In my sessions I use a range of art materials and creative approaches to help clients explore feelings, improve self-awareness and reduce anxiety - we also talk. I believe that mental health stems from a deep understanding of self, the experiences that shape us and making sense of our feelings. I want to work with you to identify your unique emotional challenges, set healing goals, and track your progress. Together we can identify your day-to-day challenges, learn to sit with discomfort, build resilience and empower emotional growth while giving you the tools you need to live a more fulfilling life. As someone who has personally experienced the transformative power of art therapy, I am passionate about helping others discover the healing benefits of creative expression.
